Elderly-friendly living in wood construction
The new wooden construction combines a small, elderly-friendly apartment on the ground floor with a larger apartment featuring additional common areas on the upper floor. The arrangement caters to the individual needs of the residents. The building features two smaller gable roofs connected by a green flat roof. This design creates a sense of granularity that harmonizes with the surrounding architecture. In addition to the ecological and insulating benefits, the green roof allows for a material distinction between the two gable roofs. The implementation of the standalone residential house design is intended to use predominantly recyclable materials.
